Clubs for the Whole Family
Action for Children have partnered with Nationwide Building Society who have donated funding to develop Family Clubs. Action for Children in Northamptonshire have now ran 5 of these clubs
Nationwide Building Society
We ran a Play and Sign for deaf or hard of hearing children, 2 x Moving into Adulthood clubs, a Moving from Nursery to School club and a Children with higher needs family club. They consist of 6 x 2 hour sessions or 5 x 2.5 hour sessions which the whole family attends and does activities together and separately and also enjoy a hot meal together. The purpose is to offer space for families to reconnect and interact with each other and also with other families who may be experiencing similar struggles as them
