The Early Childhood and Family Service (ECFS) supports families with children aged 0 to 5 living in Norfolk.
We offer a range of free support, activities and sessions to help children and families learn, develop and thrive. This includes one to one family support, Stay and Play sessions, Parents First Aid, parenting programmes and helpful webinars for parents and carers.
