All of our youth groups are free of charge and open to all young people aged 11-19. This age is extended up to 25 if a young person has a special educational need or disability.
Whatever challenges you are facing, there are local and national services who are here to support you.
We know life can be hard, and we're here to help. We can offer up to six sessions with a trained youth worker to help support you through relationship, mental health and family issues.
