Looking for a space to just be yourself? Social Spaces are open to all young people aged 17–25 whether you’ve used our services before or not. These relaxed, welcoming sessions are a chance to meet new people, try something different, or simply hang out in a safe and friendly environment.
What to expect:
- Weekly drop-ins to chat, connect, and unwind with peers and trusted adults
- One-off trips, creative sessions, learning opportunities and outdoor activities
- A chance to build confidence, make friends, and explore new interests
- A chance to talk to trained casual staff or volunteers.
Need someone to be your person? Action Mentoring offers one-to-one support for young people aged 16–25 through trained volunteer mentors. It’s about having someone who listens, encourages you, and helps you work through everyday challenges or big decisions.
Your mentor will meet with you regularly, at your pace, and support you in building confidence, setting goals, or simply being heard. They are trained in the use of skills such as motivational interviewing and solution focused approaches, meaning they can help you to navigate issues that you face.
