Aaron Davies
Children's Services Manager
Aaron joined Action for Children in Autumn 2021 as our CSM, he is a degree qualified Youth Worker and Community Development Officer with over 15 years experience in professional full time roles working with young people across frontline and senior leadership roles. Email Aaron here
Mark Bisson
Practice Manager
Mark joined Action for Children in the Spring of 2022 as our Practice Manager, he is a professionally qualified Social Worker with over 25 years experience in professional full time roles working with young people, from play scheme when he was 16, right through children’s services until age 40, across frontline and senior practitioner roles. Kristina Edwards
Practice Lead - Substance Use
Kristina is professionally qualified with a Masters degree in Youth Work and degree in Psychology. She has a wealth of experience working with young people who have experienced exploitation, behavioural difficulties, and with at risk groups. Email Kristina here
Chloe Molnar
Practice Lead - Independent Living
Chloe has been at AfC since March 2020 and is a professionally qualified youth worker holding a degree in Youth and Community Worker. Chloe has worked with young people for over 12 years and across a range of issues such as refugees, domestic violence and substance use.
Harry Turner
Practice Lead - Work and Wellbeing
Harry joined AfC is October 2025, he is a trained teacher who has previously worked in schools in London & Bristol. Before joining AFC he was an English teacher who has a wealth of experience working with young people and adults experiencing behavioural and emotional difficulties . Email Harry here
Tanya Martinson
Administration Lead
Tanya is an experienced administrator and property manager with a wealth of experience running community buildings, charity administration and lots of voluntary time running a youth club. She is the welcoming face and voice of our service. Email Tanya here
Natalie Le Prevost
Practitioner
Nat Joined AfC in the summer of 2021 as a trainee young person practitioner before progressing through the service. Nat holds a clinical level qualification recognised by the BPS in Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology and Solution Focussed Therapy. Email Nat here
Kayleigh White
Young Person's Practitioner
Kayleigh joined Action for Children in January 2025 as a Young Persons Practitioner. She has an APT accreditation in Solution Based Therapies and is independently studying towards a certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching. She is also an FA qualified Grassroots Football Coach. Email Kayleigh here
Paizleigh Archer
Young Person's Practitioner
Paizleigh joined Action for Children in spring 2025 as a young person practitioner, she has a background in adult care she brings compassion and empathy with a passion for empowering young people to build a brighter, more stable future. Email Paizleigh here
David Haimes
Practitioner
Dave joined AFC in spring 2023, having worked with young people in roles that supported their emotional well-being and delivering groups for young people who were unemployed and for those with behavioural challenges. Email Dave here
Samantha Dodd
Sammy joined our team in March 2026 as an administrative assistant. She has had over 5 years’ experience in retail; she studied administration in college where she learnt to work with Office 365, and she is passionate about working in an office environment.
Vincent Hockey
Practitioner
Vince joined AfC in early 2022 and he holds a foundation degree in social care. Vince has worked in a number of roles supporting young people through community based Youth work provision leading Street based Youth work, working with young people disengaged from their education and in previous roles supporting young people with disabilities. Leah Mroch
Young Person's Practitioner
Leah joined the service in spring 2023, having graduated from Brighton with a degree in psychology. Leah spent time volunteering for a charity supporting women experiencing domestic abuse before moving back to Guernsey to begin her career with AfC. Email Leah here
Dan Le Friec
Drug, Alcohol, Tobacco Education
Dan has worked at Action for Children since spring 2024, he has a Degree in acting and has a wealth of experience delivering issue based performances to young people in the UK and Guernsey. Dan is an active artist with his own performance arts company. Email Dan here
Kellie Le Prevost
Drug, Alcohol, Tobacco Education
Kellie has worked at Action for Children since Spring 2021, she previously worked with young people through delivering youth clubs and alternative education programmes for young people who struggled to engage in their schooling. Email Kellie here
Delphine Bonvin
Practitioner
Delphine joined Action for Children in the summer of 2025, originally from Switzerland she moved to Guernsey in 2023, her first language is French and holds both a degree and a masters degree in social work. She lived in different places, but it's her first time living near the sea. She still refuses to swim into the sea, it's too cold. Email Delphine here
Sukey Harrisson
Vaping & Mentoring Co-ordinator
Sukey joined the team in summer 2025, helping to set up and run Action for Children’s new QuitVape and Mentoring services. She has previously completed Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Counselling Skills, and is currently finishing her degree in Psychology with Counselling with The Open University. Email Sukey here
Georgina Smart
Young Person's Practitioner
Georgina, joined AfC at the start of Summer 2025, she is a qualified Arts Psychotherapist with a masters degree in mental health. Georgina has recently returned from the UK where she was working with young adults in a secure living environment delivering therapeutic support. Email Georgina here
Grace Thoumine
Youth Engagement Worker
Grace works full time leading a HR organisation and also holds a masters degree in youth work, with a career supporting young people through community based Youth work provision, alternative education and street based work including in senior leadership roles. She brings extensive experience to our social spaces team.
Paul Lesbirel (Les)
Youth Engagement Worker
Les works full time in an environmental organisation but comes to us weekly to support young people in our evening sessions. Les is new to supporting young adults but he brings a high energy and enthusiasm to his role.
Action Mentors
Our Action Mentors are volunteers who generously give their time to our service to support young people. They are trained and vetted and provide support to become a young person's person.
Nightstop Host's
Our Host's generously give up their spare room, a listening ear and their time to support young people with nowhere to stay to have a safe space.
