Mark Bisson
Practice Manager
Mark joined Action for Children in the Spring of 2022 as our Practice Manager, he is a professionally qualified Social Worker with over 25 years experience in professional full time roles working with young people, from play scheme when he was 16, right through children’s services until age 40, across frontline and senior practitioner roles. Tanya is an experienced administrator and property manager with a wealth of experiencing running community buildings, charity administration and a wealth of voluntary youth work experience. Practitioner
Nat Joined AfC in the summer of 2021 as a trainee young person practitioner before progressing through the service. Nat holds a clinical level qualification recognised by the BPS in Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology and Solution Focussed Therapy. Email Nat here

Vince joined AfC in early 2022 and he holds a foundation degree in social care. Delphine Bonvin

Delphine joined Action for Children in the summer of 2025, originally from Switzerland she moved to Guernsey in 2023, her first language is French and holds both a degree and a master degree in social work. She lived in different places, but it's her first time living near the sea. She still refuses to swim into the sea, it's too cold. Email Delphine here

Georgina, joined AfC at the start of Summer 2025, she is a qualified Arts Psychotherapist with a masters degree in mental health. Georgina has recently returned from the UK where she was working with young adults in a secure living environment delivering therapeutic support. Email Georgina here

Grace Thoumine
Youth Engagement Worker
Grace works full time leading a HR organisation and also holds masters degree in youth work, with a career supporting young people through community based Youth work provision, alternative education and street based work including in senior leadership roles she brings extensive experience to our social spaces team.

Emma worked as our Office Manager from 2017 - 2024 and has been part of the Social Spaces team since 2023. She has a passion for supporting young people, is a Mental Health First Aider, and enjoys volunteering with other charities.
