Champions Voices:

" Training is usually about supporting your own practice, whereas this is about supporting as many people as possible, which people who are working in the community mostly all believe in. It’s a lovely refreshing way of working."

" I underestimated the number of people who would be interested in the information I had to share. "

"It really empowered me to go back and really support my staff and notice what they are doing well, the 'pass it on' model really fired me up to be purposeful in sharing and it has given me a lovely resource bank"
