An innovative service operating in Pembrokeshire for vulnerable females aged 11 to 21, who are at risk of exploitation, grooming, exhibiting risk taking behaviours or are being target by perpetrators.
About the service
The aim of the service is to support women and girls to make better choices, promote better emotional wellbeing, confidence, to prevent escalation onto statutory services and potentially become looked after.
Incredibly tenacious service, they will not give up on those girls. When they can’t get anywhere – it isn’t for lack of trying

Person-centred Planning
A person-centred plan will be created with specific outcomes which will be measured at timed intervals throughout the intervention.
We have access to a range of tools such as Outcomes Star and the Women and Girls Together toolkit which also has a range of tried and tested evaluation tools that can be used during 1:1 and group work.
My life has changed a lot since being with W and G. In a good way. There are more ups than downs, the positive group has made a lot of good in it.
