Don't worry! Our team at Planning Together for Children can support you and help you learn how to use the technology. We also have simple 'how to guides' we can share to help you get online, register, and complete both parts of the course: Stage 1 (e-learning) and Stage 2 (group session).
You might be able to use a computer at your local library, or borrow one. You could also find a local community centre or hub where computers are available. For the Stage 2 group sessions, you will need a private space where you can join safely.
The course is completed online, via independent e-Learning and one online facilitated workshop. Please do reach out to us if you are finding this a challenge and we can discuss how we can best support you to complete the learning and attend the workshop.
If you are having trouble, please contact Cafcass at [email protected]. They can guide you through the steps. Remember, your email address needs to be verified first (this means a code is sent to your email). Please do not use a different email address than the one you gave Cafcass for this course.
Please make sure you are using the same email address to log in that you gave to Cafcass, and that you are accessing through the link Cafcass shared with you. Also, check your junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us.
Please be aware the portal sees gmail/googlemail accounts as different accounts- please check which account you have submitted to cafcass.

Please contact Cafcass and your provider directly to let them know your new email address. They will need to verify it for your account.
