What if my internet connection isn't very good?
Don't worry! Our team at Planning Together for Children can support you and help you learn how to use the technology. We also have simple 'how-to guides' we can share to help you get online, register, and complete both parts of the course: Stage 1 (e-learning) and Stage 2 (group session).
You might be able to use a computer at your local library, or borrow one. You could also find a local community centre or hub where computers are available. For the Stage 2 group sessions, you will need a private space where you can join safely.
The course is a mix of online and in-person sessions. Please call us so we can discuss how we can best support you to attend, whether online or in person, and find the right option for you.
If you are having trouble, please contact CAFCASS at [email protected]. They can guide you through the steps. Remember, your email address needs to be verified first (this means a code is sent to your email). Please do not use a different email address than the one you gave CAFCASS for this course.
Please make sure you are using the same email address to log in that you gave to CAFCASS, and that you are accessing through the link CAFCASS shared with you. Also, check your junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us.
If you need help with your booking, please call our Planning Together team on or email them at [email protected].
Please contact CAFCASS directly to let them know your new email address. They will need to verify it for your account.
Yes, it's very important to be in a private space where you won't be interrupted and can speak freely without being overheard. This helps to create a safe and confidential learning environment for everyone in the group.
We understand that internet connections can sometimes be unreliable. We'll provide tips on how to get the best connection for your online sessions. If you're really struggling, please contact us, and we can discuss alternative options or support you.
