I love seeing the journey that the families take from the beginning to the end of MST. It’s great to see how much the families confidence and skills grow each session.

I spent some time in Cambodia teaching English to children from the ages of 5-19.

What do you love about the job?
The team I work with are great! Every family brings a unique learning experience, and I feel privileged to be part of their journey as they work towards creating positive changes for their family.

I love going for walks when it's raining!

What do you love about the job?
Hearing about the children and families that we have made a difference for (sometimes getting to meet them) and working with the most dedicated and hardworking staff who really care about children and families.
Something people might not know about you?
I used to be a dancer and was on stage as Gretl in The Sound of Music at the Palace Theatre in Manchester when I was a child!

What do you love about the job?
One of the things I love most about my role is the time we get to spend with families. It’s not a quick fix—we have the opportunity to build strong relationships and really get to know everyone in the family. I also enjoy the flexibility of our programme, which means we can tailor support to fit each family’s unique needs and make it truly work for them.
Something people might not know about you?
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my family and friends or out on the pitch playing football!

What do you love about the job?
We meet and work with families who are really struggling and despite all the difficulties want the best for their kids. MST makes a real difference and we’ve kept hundreds of families together and happy. What could be better than that?

I like to think I’m an accomplished guitar player. My family disagrees.

What do you love about the job?
I love that MST helps so many different families and I am to empower them to make the change. It’s amazing to be able to track the progress and see the programme through from beginning to end.
Something people might not know about you?
One thing someone may not know about me is I love to travel. I have been to over 45 countries all over the world and love learning about different cultures.
