Help for young people

There are lots of Manchester-based and national organisations that are here to help.

MST doesn’t usually work directly with children and young people.
Our main job is to support your parents or carers to make changes that help things feel better for you at home.

We might listen to your thoughts about how things are going and what has changed. While we’re working with your family, your parents can contact us any time if things become difficult.

If you would like support just for yourself, here are some places that might be able to help.
