Developing Your Potential is a bespoke programme for young people with experience of the care system. Alongside a dedicated social worker, we will work with you to identify and overcome personal and practical barriers into employment.
How can we support you?
We know entering the world of work can be daunting. Our friendly and experienced social workers are here to help you through your journey to employment.
Participants will be supported with areas such as:
- Overcoming personal issues that may be preventing access to employment
- Employability sessions covering CV, interviews, job hunting and college applications
- Individual service plan and goal setting
