Customer Services

A programme for young people aged between 16 and 24 who are exploring a career or further training in customer service.

An opportunity to develop your skills for the world of work in customer services, boost your confidence, develop your interpersonal skills and make new friends.

Tell me more about the programme

On successful completion of the programme, you'll receive a Level 4 Customer Service qualification, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to take on a customer-facing role in any industry.

The programme mainly takes place at our Govan offices. It is three days a week, for four weeks, 10am-3pm. The next course begins on....
