We offer training programmes, vocational courses, mentoring and work experience opportunities. We also love hearing from businesses who would like to support and employ enthusiastic local young people.

Positive Changes

Positive Changes is an inclusive programme designed to encourage behavioural change, foster wellbeing and improve self esteem.

STAY Mentoring

One Stop

One Stop is a 1:1 service where we will work with you to create a personal plan to develop your skills and prepare you for the world of employment.

Developing Your Potential

Developing Your Potential is a bespoke programme for young people with experience of the care system. Alongside a dedicated social worker, we will work with you to identify and overcome personal and practical barriers into employment.

Youthbuild

Interested in pursuing a career in construction? This programme will take you through the fundamentals of working in construction, preparing you for a range of roles or further education.

Positive Choices

This four week programme is delivered at our Glasgow office and focuses on training young people aged 16-24 who are interested in developing their general employability skills.
