Welcome to Employability Scotland. We support young people across Scotland to enter the world of work through vocational training and mentoring.

We offer training programmes, vocational courses, mentoring and work experience opportunities. We also love hearing from businesses who would like to support and employ enthusiastic local young people.

Positive Changes is an inclusive programme focusing on Pre-employability training and personal development in young people aged 14-24 who may be disengaging from mainstream education.

One Stop

Develop new skills by creating a personal plan that will prepare you for the world of employment. Work 1:1 with our key workers to break down any barriers which are preventing you from moving into employment.
