- Speak to Our Team: If you’d prefer to talk things through, call us or email our dedicated professional support line. We’re happy to discuss complex cases or answer any questions.
- Collaborative Approach: We work closely with professionals from health, education, social care, and the voluntary sector to ensure families get the right support at the right time.
What Happens Next?
Once a referral is received, our team will:
- Contact the family to understand their needs and wishes
- Offer a personalised support plan, which may include group activities, one-to-one sessions, or practical help
- Keep you updated (with consent) so you can continue to support the family’s journey
